All shoes are shipped directly from China. All shoes are shipped with www.usps.com only.
After payment is received, there is a 24-72 hours processing period. After payment is processed, you will have your products within 5-15 business days (not counting weekends or Holidays). Most orders are processed and received by customers with 1 1/2 weeks. Some orders may take longer due to uncontrollable circumstance. In very rare cases, some products may be seized by customs, we have never had this happen, but in very rare cases, it is possible. Fadeaway23.com is not responsible for any duty and tax. Although the shoes are seized by customs, we will replace shoes at no additional charge. So you are safe.
If your shoes are out of stock we will email you to pick any pairs of shoes. If your size is not in stock fadeaway23 will automatically send you a half size bigger, but we will never send you half size smaller.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR UNCLAIMED PACKAGES. ANY UNCLAIMED PACKAGED WILL NOT BE RESENT! MAKE SURE THAT YOU GIVE A VALID ADDRESS WHEN ORDERING, AND MAKE SURE YOU ARE AVAILABLE TO CLAIM YOUR PACKAGE. WE WILL NOT RESEND ORDERS RETURNED DUE TO BEING UNCLAIMED BY CUSTOMERS!
We will not ship C.O.D. - Shoes are not available for local pick up!
All exchanges must be addressed within 5 days of receiving products. In order to make an exchange, all shoes must be in original, unworn, dead stock condition, or you will not qualify for an exchange.
Exchanges can only be made if the products were factory defects and/or it was under our mistake. Unacceptable reasons for exchange are customer chose wrong size/wrong color/wrong style/customer decides no longer wants.
We will exchange if we sent incorrect products or products are factory defective.
A 15% Restocking Fee MAY Be Applied To Exchanges Depending On Each Circumstance; It May Not Be Waived Depending On The Circumstance Of The Order. Fadeaway23.com Reserves The Right To Apply This Charge To Any Exchange!

You may return products under same restrictions as exchanges. If a refund is issued, it will be in the same form as original payment. We are not responsible for shipping costs in either exchanges or returns, and for all refunds there is a $10 processing fee. Exchanges are completely free of charge, although we are not responsible for shipping costs.
There is a $10usd processing for cancellation when paid with intabill.inc credit card payment service . For pay-pal and Google checkout there is no processing fee. Fadeaway23 do not keep the $10usd, this is what intabill charge non refundable bank and commissions fee each time a card has been approved.
